| A: | No, the exams are only going to be made available in English. |

| Q: | Must short term insurance brokers that sit on a call centre be registered as representatives? |
| A: | Yes, most definitely. No-one may render advice or provide an intermediary service unless that are authorised to do so in terms of Section 7,8 and 13 of the FAIS Act. This includes call centres who market financial products. If anyone renders advice and/or provides an intermediary service without authorisation they are in breach of the FAIS Act. |
