Dr. Des Leatt a credible FAIS Fit & Proper expert with more than 6 years of experience in the Fit & Proper environment. Des frequently conducts workshops and seminars on FICA and FAIS Fit & Proper regulations around the country. He consults widely to both corporate and small businesses in respect to the Fit and Proper requirements. Des was appointed as a consultant to the FSB for the compilation of the series of Plain Language Guides to Fit & Proper which the FSB commissioned.
